Cancellation Policies
Wild At Art Studio cancellation policies for Class Bookings, COVID-19, HKGovernment restrictions and Weather.
Refund Policy
Workshop payments are to be made in advance via the WAA booking system. If you are no longer able to attend a workshop, please notify us in writing straight away. If you cancel 48 hours prior to the class, you may choose to transfer your booking to another date or to another person. You need to notify us in writing, with the persons name, email and other contact details.
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the workshop, refunds (via a full payment or class credit) will not be issued.

Covid Policy
The Wild at Art teaching staff are all fully vaccinated and follow stringent care and measures to protect the Wild at Art community.
Adult participants are required to be double vaccinated or provide a negative Covid Test result from with the last 24 hours. If this is not possible, and you have already purchased a class or workshop, a 100% refund will be provided.
Weather Policy
Classes will be cancelled, in accordance with HK Government recommendations during BLACK storm warnings and the hoisting of the Typhoon 8 Signal, you will be notified as early as possible on the day of the lesson. Should classes be cancelled due to directives from the HK Government, refunds or make up classes will not be provided.
