Popularized by academic Joseph Campbell’s mythology book The Hero with a Thousand Faces, creating your own Heroine’s journey will be an empowering experience as you develop new insights into all aspects of your life. As you journey you will also be guided to encounter and experience your environment in a variety of ways and to paint, draw and record your inner and outer world processes.
