Embark on a Journey of Self-Discovery

You will be guided through reflection, conversation, hands-on art workshops, and play, to craft your own story, using paint, collage, words, colour and more, whilst being held in the lush garden environment of Ubud, Bali.

You will create a beautiful handmade Art Journal and explore your very own story and dreams amongst the pages. Exploring the story of YOU through this guided process enables you to uncover insights that will expand your self-awareness, and help you to connect with your own inner wisdom. I know you will blossom and grow as you explore your own inner stories and give those voice, through colour and song.

Alongside your Art Making each day, we have curated a magical range of experiences that will take you deeper into that beautiful journey within yourself using sound, song, yoga and breath-work. I am joined by two gorgeous souls that reside in Ubud, Bali and have established Sound and Song practices to share with us all throughout the retreat.

You will also have free time to wander in the fascinating locale of Ubud, time to enjoy massages and spa services in our lovely garden and time to make art in your own little space if you wish.

YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

EARLY MORNING YOGA

Enjoy Morning Yoga with Kelly and let your body stretch into the day. Kelly may weave some song into her yoga session, wait and see ! Immerse yourself in a holistic experience that celebrates movement and creativity.

SOUND HEALING

Kendal’s beautiful weave of sound vibrations. will without doubt soothe your soul. Her sessions are an enchanting soundscape which will guide you into profound relaxation and balance. This workshop is a holistic hug for your mind, body, and spirit.

UNIQUE VOCAL EXPERIENCE

Kelly will also be offering us a Vocal Experience guiding us as a group through her unique Song for the Soul practice. This is designed to connect you with your own inner voice and I can recommend it first hand, having experienced at least 10 vocal sessions with Kelly over the last few weeks, she has helped me find a way back to the singing version of me that I had lost touch with.
